2009 Year-End Grant Report
The foundation requires its grantees to complete a year-end grant report to detail activities supported by the foundation in the past year.
Please follow these instructions:
- Save the word document below as new and title the file "[Your Organization's Name] GR 2009" prior to entering information.
- When you have completed all nine (9) questions within the report, send as a Word document via email to info@siragusa.org with the subject same as the file name no later than Monday, March 1, 2010.
- Please complete all nine (9) questions in this report.
